Organisational Culture

Hi, I have recently started as a freelance business consultant for small charities.  Does anyone know an easy way to assess organisational culture?  I have found some complicated forms and expensive questionnaires, which as a new freelancer I cannot afford.

You could also try using a simple form builder like Google Forms, Typeform or Survey Monkey?

Wow!  Thanks everyone for these great suggestions.  I’m thrilled to have joined this group.  I’ve found freelancing for the first time a bit daunting, but I’m getting into it now and starting to enjoy the fruits of my hard labour! Still scary at times but I’m growing in confidence.  And now all the better for having found this forum.
