Hi @melissa, You can start by looking at consistent processes – I’m not sure what range of services you offer, but if you find yourself doing things over an over for each client those activities are good places to start. Also things that are more administrative in nature are good targets for automation or outsourcing. They tend to be less expensive than outsourcing things like, say, content creation. As someone who’s done a fair amount of hiring, I’d also recommend entering into each initial relationship with a backup plan – know that it might not work out, that you might lose some money in the process.
